SAMHAIN BONFIRE AND STORYTELLING
Gather around a warm bonfire for storytelling, song and (of course)
mulled wine. Meet at 7.30 pm at Somerville, or at 8pm or after
on Port Meadow.

ARTHURIAN QUIZ NIGHT
How well do you know your Arthurian legends? Find out with an
Arthurian quiz. There will also be an opportunity to do some costume
preparation for the Banquet.
SIXTH WEEK

CHRIS GIDLOW
'Left-over Romans and Red-haired Princesses'. Time and
again the same characters and objects turn up in modern Arthurian
novels and films. Where do they come from? Former president Chris
Gidlow explains it all.
SEVENTH WEEK

BANQUET PREPARATION EVENING
This will be your chance to learn medieval dances in preparation
for the Banquet, and pick up last-minute costume tips.
Saturday 30 November, St Giles's Church Hall, 7.30 pm
MEDIAEVAL BANQUET
At last, the Arthurian Banquet. An evening of mediaeval merriment
with delicious food, spectacular entertainment, dancing, and fair
wenches.

END OF TERM
The end of term celebrations are a bit of a mystery at the moment.
We're not sure what will be happening yet, but it will definitely
involve mulled wine!
